Private Intellectual Mentorship
I work privately with leaders, educators, and cultural stewards who want sustained intellectual clarity, moral coherence, and cultivated judgment in an age of fragmentation.
My work is for people who carry responsibility—for institutions, families, or cultural inheritance—and who sense that the dominant categories of our historical moment are insufficient.
I offer long-form, relational intellectual mentorship: sustained conversation, guided reading, cultural analysis, and integrative reflection aimed not at productivity, but at seeing clearly and choosing well.
This is not coaching, consulting, or content delivery. It is the slow cultivation of judgment.
The Work
Engagements typically include:
Monthly private conversations (90 minutes)
Curated reading and listening
Cultural, historical, and institutional sense-making
Historical and philosophical framing
Long-term accompaniment rather than problem-solving
This work is not therapeutic, managerial, or instrumental. It is for those who already function at a high level and who desire deeper coherence over optimization.
This work assumes seriousness, discretion, and mutual commitment.
Availability
I work with a small number of individuals at a time.
Engagements are by invitation or application and typically last six to twelve months.
